Hello. I am currently on a 6 month exchange program in Ireland. I am coming from the US. You see, my family at home eats very healthy, and I swim pretty avidly (5 days a week if I can drag my self out of bed. But, my host family in Ireland is the exact opposite. All they do is eat, and watch tv. There is no gym near by that I can go to, and I am really at a loss. There aren't even any vegetables on my plate at meal times. So far I have been doing sit ups and push ups in my room, even jogging in place, but I can feel the weight coming on. Any advice on what I could do? I really can't change my diet, so exercises are my best option. Please help if you can!
