Abdominals! Help!

i have some questions. i've been doing sit-ups for like a week now. i do 50 normal sit ups, then 10 times i move my legs upwards while lying on my back (to work the lower abdominal muscles), and to finish it off i do 10 more normal sit ups. i repeat this cycle twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. first, do u think its enough? i feel a lot of tension on my muscles and they ache a lot which shows that its working, right? i normally do this two days in a row, and then i rest my muscles for 2 days, and then do 2 days in a row again, and then rest again for 2 days and so on. the aching usually goes away in those 2 days of rest. i want to know if im doing the right thing. and also, by doing this, am i going to have a flatter belly? or on the contrary, is it going to stick out more and become larger coz im going to have a bigger muscle? i really dont want a big belly i just want it to be nicely flat with traces of a 6 pack. am i on the right track? what else should i do or how should i do things? any help is appreciated.

Hi,
You need to watch what you eat and how you exercise. It's a combination of interval cardio, good exercises and diet.
