Abdominals Help

Ok I used to eat dominoes pizza and burger king everyday when i was in highschool. I went from 220 to 265lbs. I am now 190. I thought at 205 I would be lean and cut. I and 190 and still have that little pooch on my lower abs. How do i get rid of it? I am in great shape but sadly since i lost the weight I have the loose flabby bit where my abs of steel should be.

I eat around 2000 or less calories a day. So that I will burn the excess fat. I still run 30 mins 5 days a week and lift 3 days a week.
I have a problem though i am 6'2 and 190. I want to be 200 or 205 and cut up. PLEASE HELP ME GET THERE

I want abs to show with out me dropping to say 175 to get there. How do I gain abs while maintaining my weight?

well the only way for you to show those steel abs are by losing more body fat. You could gain those pounds by bulking up afterwards. I think.
