i just found an ab roller.. trying it out.. every time i use it, it feels like its putting lots of pressure on my back.. sometimes i even head my back crack.. am i doing it wrong or?
this happends on my 4th set which is when i usually stop. it is a lower back excersise though works the traps as well.. so strengthen your lower back. not to mension a killer abb workout! so hang in there bud!! it'll pay off
