Good day to all. It has been awhile since my last post other than asking about weights. So here is my dilema, I am 6'2" and I weigh in at 264. I know I need to get up and moving, however in Japan that is more difficult to do than it might seem. I am moving back to the states in like 25 days, this will allow me to get more in depth at working out both muscular and cardio.
My question is this, I am 28 years old and I have noticed over the last few years that my abdomin is in a constant state of distention. Meaning it always looks like I am bloated/ Full in the abdomin area. I mean I do not have and over lap or anything it is just kind of like I have a swollen area around my belly constantly. I have also noticed this in my son who is 4. He eats normally and he is very active and well proportioned for his age. He is 43" tall and weighs in at 43 lbs. So my question is not only how can I correct this on myself, but also if it is a problem that I can help my son avoid now and later? Any help will ease my mind substantially
