Does this thing really work, I was going to buy one but wanted to know from someone who tried it...

Also, about protein shakes, when do I take it?? Morning and night or before and after workout??

It may "strengthen" your ab muscles, but it wont give you a six pack.

Protein shakes should be taken post workout.
 
hahahahhaha, i have an ab lounge, but i dont use it.. when i got it from walmart, i called the company and said that it had a big hole in it and it didnt, they said they would send a new fabric thingy, but they sent the whole thing.. so now i have 2, so i returned one to walmart and got 100 back.. so i got an ab lounge for free.. but i think im gonna sell it to my friend for 50 lol
