Ab Help

Hey Im new to all of this Im Luke 16 from australia wanted to get some help or just what people thought i should do in terms of if i need to lose more weight or train my abs more for them to come out as i have had mixed signals from others.

The picture is prob the most truthful picture i could get because its close up and you can see how they are at the moment

I weigh 85.5kg
176cm

Everyone has said that diet is the most important which I do have pretty good diet as I cant eat wheat or dairy so I eat mostly rice dishes and a special type of bread made from a grain called kamut.

Any help would be great and if you need to know more just ask

i say work on both diet and exercise...i think u could get away with losing a few pounds of fat to get to the point where your abs will show...so i'd say work your abs every other day, remember to do a wide range of ab exercises so u target the abs and the core. remember to have a fairly balance diet of carbs, fat and protein and make sure you're eating enough calories. most important you should do interval training the days you are working your abs and regular cardio like jogging on the days you arent. this will help you burn the bit of excess fat you might have.
