Ab help.

I have a very low body fat if I had to guess Id say somethin like 6% give or a take a lil bit. Now I know this question will sound very noobish (yes I know your abs are all one muscle). But my upper 4 are very well defined but my lower 2 are only so-so. What are some exercises that put more emphasis on the lower abs? Thanks for any help.

Hanging leg raises work well. The one I really like doing is this:

Get on a decline ab bench, but instead of putting your feet in the ankle pads, grab the vertical bar that's there (normally hold on to it while you get in your decline sit up position). Hold onto that bar with your hands and lay the opposite way...with your legs pointing towards the ground. With your legs straight (or slightly bent), raise them in the air while trying to lift your butt off of the bench until your legs are pointed straight up in the air. While they are like that, use your abs to push your legs up higher, and then roll your body back down to the starting position slowly. Those are killer.

Also, make sure you are doing the reverse crunches on a roman chair too. You have to make sure you hit ALL of the muscles in your core.
