Is there like a wall when dieting? Like when you reach a certain weight, you just stop losing and can't seem to lose any more.
Also, I've been 110lbs for years now and it doesn't seem to change. It would change when I would really diet like when I starve, but when I eat again, goes back to 110.
Dunno, maybe I unconsciously eat the amount of calories needed to maintain that but it's a bit odd that it doesn't fluctuate or anything.
Could it be possible that my body has decided that 110 is the right weight for me and that it has to stay that way? What happens to fats if they're just stuck there for a long time never getting added to or lost? I can't let that happen! I WANT TO WEAR A DAMN BIKINI!
