A tip for any diet

The main reason people lose weight is because they give up immediate gratification (food) in order to get something better in the future (a healthier body). As in, you shouldn't overeat because you are living in the moment.

yes, any chocolate bar will only satisfy you for a few seconds while you're eating it. whereas you can feel satisfied all day long once you're happy to have reached your goal of a body you love :)
 
the biggest advice I can give from my weight loss, is remember that life is a long journey. You are going to live many thousand more days, if you just had a large meal and have you have a tasty desert in the fridge save it! Eat a smaller meal tomorrow and really enjoy the desert. Its very easy to eat alot just because it is there, but see the big picture, you can still really enjoy your food but just stretch it out more.
