I read about, and then bought a new product from the UK that claimed it could help me maintain all the weight I have lost (nearly 10lbs) and even motivate me to lose more. As ever, I thought it would be another weight loss gimmick...BUT I bought one and I really have to say it is brilliant - you wear a 'string' around your waist and when it gets tight you stop eating, Sounds crazy I know, but I can adjust it and its pretty and it has really helped me cut back on food I dont NEED to eat. its called a malory band and it also makes you stand taller too and improve yoru posture. It could be useful for you all too? I guess those inches cant creep back if you wear one....
