A quicky.....I still ache.....SHould I train?

I still ache from a real hard football training session on Sunday, is it bad to do cardio while still sore?

I want to go to the gym, but don't normally ache on a Tuesday!
 
Cardio is perfect for recovery work.

Shouldn't harm you a bit if you are experiencing muscle soreness only.
 
cheers guys just got back and had a good session, don't ache as much as i did when I started either!
