A question

Hi guys!

I have a question about breaking your workout routine a little. You know sometimes we don't have the time we need to preform our normal workout and sometimes we don't have time at all. Lately I've been kinda occupied and I hadn't got the time to make anything. I just did some push-ups on the days I use to work out. Now I'm going to start with my normal routine again.
Do you think I may have lost some mass or missing your normal workout for some weeks won't make a diference?
Thank's in advance!

generaly a few weeks wont make you loose any strenght, well nothing notable. the rate at which you loose strenght, muscle mass If you stoped working out. Would depend on your diet and general activity level/what muscles your using throughout the day. this is why some people wont loose anything after a long time while others will shed pounds, genetics also play a role here as do several other things.

especially if you've maintained protein intake and kept the diet clean, I doubt you'll see any strength or muscle loss.
I'm basically coming back from a 2 year hiatus (talk about a crazy last 2 years)...and yesterday I benched what I used to bench. Taking little breaks can help you come back revitalized, and ready to make new gains.
