a question

i have a flabby stomach with love handles. If i do crunches everyday untill i cant stand up or sit will i eventually lose my stomach?? like if i do about 300 every day for 1 month will i lose my stomach even tho the rest of my body will still be fat??
 
No. You can't spot reduce. As long as you have fat covering your stomach, you can do crunches till you fall over and die and it won't make a difference.
 
aww that suxs!!! Gosh i hate my stomach cuase when i get extra meat on me thats the 1st place it goes to. oh well i guess some people werent destend to have six packs..... :mad:
 
Its not just encouragement it is the truth.

We all have ab muscles, the more we work them the better (larger/bigger/etc) they are however, they are hiding under a layer of fat.

Get your diet in check and you will see your abs.

6-packs are made in the kitchen not the gym.
