Hello everyone hows everybody doin? School is almost out, and that means swimming pool parties. Ive been working really hard since the middle of last summer until now to trim down my stomach. FINALLY, i can see the outline of my abs, obliques included, but there still not popping out and I can only see them in the right light when I flex. How much longer do you think it will take so that i won't have to flex for me to be able to see my abs?

Haha, I'm not one to know about muscle building. Maybe a month? I have no idea. What are you doing by the way of lifting and ab work? Just keep on doing what you are doing, or even do a little more.

whats your diet like? the key to abs is reducing your body fat, most ppl have a good amount of ab muscle you just cant see it bc its covered in a layer of fat...how often do you work out your abs and what exercises do you do?

I work out my abs every other day for about 10 minutes per work out. I also lift weights on the days i don't work out my abs. I try to run about 2-3 miles a day, but sometimes i skip and don't do that.

My eating habits are one thing I'm having a hard time changing. I usually eat cereal for breakfast, some fruit for lunch, and then whatever my parents cook for dinner.

I will try to increase my cardio workout because school is just about over so I will have a lot more time. :)

cereal for breakfast is ok, as long as its high fibre. oatmeal with some egg whites in it is my fave for breakfast you get added protein that way. proper diet you need something like 1 gram of protein per kg(you need protein to build muscle) fruit for lunch? you need more than just fruit gotta add something there...add some protein to your diet, try and eat every 2.5-3.5hrs keeps your metabolism reved up.
increase the intensity of the cardio run faster or do some HIIT running. as for the actual ab exercises you didnt say what it is you do but change it up look up some diffrent ab exercises, russian twist is good(with added weight)weighted side bends,up the weight on your reg crunches and dont forget the reverse crunches they get the lower abs. do your ab work out like 3x's a week. keep at it and tweek your diet and youll see results :)
