Hello there, I have a few questions concerning cardio exercises. I'm 17, 5 feet 5 inches, and weigh 120 pounds. Over the last few months, I've lost 10 pounds through doing daily exercising. What I'm wondering is about the benefits of jogging on a treadmill in comparison to using a stationary bike. On a bike, I can keep up a speed of 30 km/h to 40 km/h for an hour, but I don't feel particularly winded, just working up a light sweat. I want to know if I would receive a more beneficial workout on a treadmill, and get better results, assuming I jogged with a similar amount of intensity throughout the hour? Any feedback would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
