My name is Josh. I'm new to worldfitness and hope to learn a lot to come. I am 20 years old and probably not going to grow any more. I'm 5'7" and can't seem to gain any more weight than 123 pounds. I can lose weight but can't gain it. My ankles are skinny (8 inches in diameter). My torso is small.
Plain and simple. At 123 pounds and my height, I'm tiny.
What can I do to bulk up. I've been trying to eat a lot of chicken. I also eat a lot of bread which I love. My worst problem is my job. I do valet so I run 3 miles minimum a day (depending on how busy it is). What can I do? I'm sure by running so much there must be a way to take advantage of this. Perhaps by making it more of a muscular workout than a cardio workout? What can I do to gain some healthy weight and gain some nice lean, cut muscle? I hate having this skinny appearance. I'd appreciate any insight what-so-ever.
