A newbie...

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum, and also totally new in body building... I'm 18 years old, and never been on a diet and rarely exercised. I am 6.08" (185 cm) tall and weight 275 Lbs (125 kg)...

I said enough and now I want to start loosing my weight and build a great body. I posted my detailed diet in the Nutrition section of the forum.

I don't want a huge budy like bodybuilders, only an ordinary one, 6 pack abs etc... Some people told me that it's easier to convert my fat into muscle than becoming musculary from skinny.

I think I am too fat at the moment so would be better doing exercises at home rather than going to the gym. I read the faq there and got some very useful info. I think a half-hour bycicle and a half hour gymnsastic should be enough for me at first.

I have some "Biggest Loser Workout" videos, are these any good? Or I saw some videos called "Muscle & Fitness" and they have separated videos for all part of the body. But I don't know how to exercise all my muscles equally...

Do I have to take special fitness drinks and proteins? I wouldn't like to...
Is it possible to get my body in a normal muscular shape? I see a lot of overweighted people who starts a diet and become skinny, but they look much older and unnaturally, their skin hangs... I don't want loosy skin! I hope I am young enough to get back my thight skin.

Thanks for any help, and sorry for the grammar mistakes, I am not english speaker.
