I am beginning my journey to get to at least 130 lbs. I am at 156 lbs right now and i really need to get down to that 130 mark by mid-end of August. I believe if i eat under 1200 calories a day and excercise at least one hour each day i will be able to do it. Here is my plan.
Eat under 1200 calories a day
More meats, veggies and fruits
No soda, water and unsweetened tea is fine.
Excercise one hour each night
Stay away from fattening foods
Thats my plan so far. We'll see what happens.
