Hello to all, I am Xan from Canada.
Currently on break from university I wish to get the physical part of my life handled.
I am 19 years old, 6'4", 220 lbs with a relatively high level of bady fat (Although not fat or obese, but not lean or muscular). On and off I frequented gyms and recently dedicated more of my time in doing so.
I joined the forum to post in the Journal section to receive comments and motivate myself as well.
It seems like a helpful forum, glad to be part of it.
