Hello my name is Carlos, I am 20 years old. Currently I'm overweight for my age. I'm 285 pounds, yep god damn right?. Well I am working on losing it. I started to go to the gym daily, and I run atlease a mile and a half. I'm trying to get to a two mile run in 14 mintues. I understand thats a long ways away but I know i can get there. My end goal is to enlist in the United States Army.
Things I've done to achieve this goal:
Cut out all the fast food and sodas
Going to gym daily.
Sit-Ups/Push-Ups/Mile Run/Jog
Water, water, water and more water.
My end goal:
Two miles in 13-14 minutes.
71 Push-Ups/Sit-ups. In a minute for each.
Is there anything else i can use/take to help me achieve my goal?
Diet pills? Not really into taking these but if they help, they help.
Any certain diet plans? Like only fruits and etc... ?
Would crossfit be a good thing to do?
I have cut the weight before, to enlist but due to life I couldn't enlist at the time.
I'm trying to do this fast, but i understand this would take me months and wont happen over a night.
Anything would help me.
And no im not willing to try crack cocaine.
