A little help with my chest

Hey guys, i am an new member here. I have been 135 pounds since i was 16 and now im 19. I am now 152 lbs, so i have gained 17 pounds in the last 4 weeks of college, I am doing realy well gaining weight( i lift everyday, arms and legs, alternating.), but my main concern is my chest. I have an indent in my chest. When I breath in and hold my chest, that is exactly where i want it. SO getting to the main topic....

I think i need to build my upper chest. There isnt much meat there, and the upper part is where it seems to go in. The problem is i am 6'3 and i have long arms. so when i do bench, i feel almost all of it in my arms, like thats all im working out. So any advice would be great. Ways to build my upper chest, what i should and shouldnt do, and how to get away from feeling the majority of the work out in my arms. Thanks.

Try pre-ehaustion or post-exhaustion techniques:
Pre-exhaustion: 12-15 reps flyes, followed immediately by bench press.
Post-exhaustion: 12-15 reps bench press followed immediately by flyes.

Also try incline bench press and flyes, they tend to hit the upper chest more. Other good exercises: dips, chins, pullovers, cable cross overs, military press, handstand pushups.

yeah i agree with dswithers, handstand push ups are the **** for your shoulders and upper chest, i had that problem too but it was because of neglecting incline bench and doing too much flat benching
