a little help ladies? (o:

Well, I guess I will start by saying that I have been working out most of my life... but I tend to slack off for a couple months every now and then.

This time around I've been going strong since about January. I've worked my way up to running 5 miles/5 times a week... along with weight training 5 times a week as well.

Problem is: I can't seem to lose weight! I'm about 135 right now. I'm 5'5 ...so i know I'm not over weight. Go ahead and call it vanity lbs... bc I know it is. haha but I really want to be back down to 120... and fit into my size 2's!! I'd like to say I eat pretty well.... but have been tending to cheat when it comes to SWEETS! I haven't been having any will power at all!

Recently I've been thinking about getting some form of diet pill even though I know they aren't so great for me. I'm hoping they will help me not want to eat (except when I'm supposed to). Basically, I'm doing all this hard work...and not getting hardly any results bc of this darn sugar I'm taking in.

Anyone else here go through this? ... What can I do to over come this!? Its driving me insane and making me feel horrible.

It feels so good to get done with a workout in the morning... but by the end of the day I'm down on myself from cheating! please help! I know all about how many calories i need to take in, ect. I just don't want to cheat anymore!

A diet pill can't give you motivation or keep you from cheating.

If you are taking in adequate calories, eating the right things every 3-4 hours, and are on a good workout plan, you should have the will power not to cheat so much that you inhibit your goals.

That being said, cheating a bit once a week can actually help keep you on track.

How many calories do you eat a day, what does your diet look like, and what does your workout routine look like? Running 5 miles and lifting weights 5 times a week is a lot, and with that much working out, you need a lot of calories.
