Hello every one . I am a male aged 24 about 189 centimeters and i weight around 115-117 kg. Started from this Monday i started skipping breakfast, for lunch i bring from home sliced pickle and a tomato ( both are small ) 2 hard boiled eggs and a piece of meat around 100-150 grams . For diner i have whatever is cooked at home .
Here comes my problem, which im sure most of the people have. I HAVE NO CONTROL over my binge eating, i cannot control what i am doing when this occurs. For instance today i ate the same thing for lunch and dinner, except i munched on a second meal and some snacks -,-. I try to hit a maximum of ~ 1500 calories. I do not feel this hungry, its just that sometimes i get insanely hungry for ANYTHING that i can see,i am really fed up with the way my gut looks, and how i feel and everything. Is there something that you guys can advise me with? I want to achieve the weight of around 100kg i guess. I exerciser at home about 3 times a week with a curl barbel with about 10 kg of weights , it is really working out for me .. its just that i cant sometimes contain myself not to binge eat. I am willing to try everything.
