well i had closed my diary for the time being due to some health problems and things being hectic etc. and my plan was just to maintain my loss for the time being. still drinking my water of course but im just not writing my every litle thing down that i eat and i havent been able to exercise as much as i was. but today i got on the scale just to be sure i hadnt gained anything back and to my amazement i was 138! i redid it 3 times lol i just couldnt believe it. anyway just had to come here and share my great news - thanks all for your support and for listening
edited to add i just realized i lost 7 pounds since june 4rth after what seems like a 4 month long plateau where i was stuck. weird guess stress is doing me good haha
