I've been dropping most of my weight doing cardio usually i'll do like 20 or 25 mins at a 1.0 incline and 3.5 speed and usually do a run for 5 mins out of the 20. BUT... the other day I went in did my normal routine and did not sweat as much as I used to. Do I need to do something different? When you sweat that means your burning something right? I'm sorry if this is confusing but when i go from sweating like a pig to barely sweating I just feel i'm not doing something right. Please HELP
