A Journey to a better me 2009 - 2013 100lbs lost and counting
This is my journey to a 100 pound lost.
Starting weight: 265lbs 2009
Current weight: 160lbs
Waist size: 42 to 32
Shirt size: XL to M/S
I changed my eating habits, I started to eat clean (lean meat, veggie, fruits and limit process food). I cut out, SODA and any drinks that contain sugar. I limit my carbs intake. I was going to the gym 7 days a week and sometimes even twice a day. I attended various 5K runs, mini obstacles events, I was always keeping myself active.. looking at old picture would give myself motivation and seeing how far I gone. I always tell people that if I can do it, anyone can. Its all about making yourself a better person. I can say that I'm extremely proud at myself.. This is not a temporarily fixed, its a lifestyle change.
Thanks for looking and hope I can be an inspiration to someone that's struggling to lose weight.
