Can someone please help me out?!
I work out quite often...but i dont think i have a good routine. And to add to that...all i have are leg weights, chin-up bar, an abslide, and 1 25 pb weight.
Well..currently..i need to work on my abs and my pecks. But i dont know a lot of good exercises for them. Also...my legs can use some toning too.
I am 16, almost 17. 12o pounds, 5'5.
Anyone got any good suggestions that can work out all the parts i listed? Like a good workout routine?
