A good approach?

Hi all, I'd just like to say hi to you all on the forum, I have just joined!

I have been dieting for 2 weeks now, and only lost 2lbs! I'm finding it really hard. But that is without exercise so i'm not that bothered really.

Anyways, I have bought myself a pass for the gym which starts tomorrow.
With University being finished, and me spending so much time on computers, I have decided it will be great for me to go to the gym everyday from Monday until Saturday. A tuesday I have joined a hockey club so that won't be gym but still exercise.

Would this amount of exercise alone help me lose weight?

I would normally eat anything I fancied, my usual diet would consist of a lot of takeaway foods, and a lot of pepsi or coca cola.

Now I am having around 1200 calories on average, which is very hard because I have no ieda how to cook, so im eating mainly weightwatchers microwave meals. Sometimes a made up salad and things like that.

Considering the fact that I am eating healthier than I was, (Im also drinking alot of water, and If i fancy a drink out with the girls, i have diet coke now)
Do you think this is a good approach of losing weight?

I just want to make sure I do this properly.

My target ends in 5 weeks time where I aim to lose 7-10lbs.

I have such a weakness around food though, especially when my boyfriend orders takeaways, I kind of pick off his rather than ignore it altogether.

Thanks guys, and lets do this together!! x
