Sounds like you want to cut. Just lose bodyfat. Do more cardio. Also, having no more than 800 calories a day is really going to mess you up and cause you to store more fat later. Don't starve yourself.

So how much Cals should i use?

Im trying 2 loose asap...

I dont really need 2 build my muscles...

And is my routene Good ?

I added Running 2 it.. i just got done doing my Routene for the day... ( 30 mins ) RUnning came first tho...is it good?

Yeah, running (or any other cardio) is going to be a must. At your stature, I'd say try to hit at least 1200 calories a day, but eating FREQUENTLY. This will make you burn even faster without starving you.

Depends on your body fat % and your physiology. Some people can do it in a month, some people it takes 6 to cut.

Body fat calipers. They cost about $10 - $15 for a set. Just little plastic thingies that you use to measure your amount of body fat. You can buy them online or at a local fitness retailer.

oh i dont got money..

Hows this food diet..

10 -12 [AM] I had a bowl of ceral
2 [PM] Sandwich w/ little mayo / 1 slice of zukini bread with milk.
4 [PM] Sandwich w/ Jelly Cup of water
6 [PM] SMALL PORTION OF DINNER w/ SALAD/carrots/apple/bananna.
9 [PM] Sandwich w/ Jelly .. Cup of water

I have 10 cups of water per day.
With about a 5 minute work out after ever [Eat Time]

Check out , and use their "Bodyfat Calculator". You'll need to provide your height, neck, waist and wrist measurements, and it will give you a good indication of your overall Bodyfat %.

Beyond that, here's my breakdown of your diet:

Bowl of cereal - high in carbohydrates, and depending on the type of cereal, can be high in sugar. If you are adding sugar, that's even worse. (If you absolutely have to have something on your cereal, use low-cal sweetener.) If it's got a funky name, like "Count Chocula" or "Frankenberry", watch out. And yes, Froot Loops don't cut it because they have something that sounds like the word 'fruit' in them.

Sandwich with a little mayo (and) slice of zucchini bread with milk - Depending on the bread, it's also high in carbs. Try a whole grain bread if you can, or cut down on starches (breads, pasta) altogether. How's the mayo? Low-fat? No-Fat? Milk is good, but not if it's whole milk. Go 1% or skim.

Sandwich with Jelly - Now, you don't need me to tell you that jelly is 99.9% sugar.

Small portion of dinner with salad, carrots, apple and banana - What does this mean? Is it a baked slice of chicken with no skin? Or, does that mean half a pizza? And what kind of salad are you having? What kind of dressing? If it's low-cal, good. If it's Creamy Caesar, bad. (If it's oil and vinegar - GREAT!)

A five minute workout isn't going to cut it. While it's better to be moving than sedentary, you need to work up to a healthy amount of cardio activity. If you can do some cardio for an extended amount of time, say 40-60 minutes, then you're on your way to some bodyfat losses. I'm not talking anything strenuous - even a nice, brisk walk for an hour will burn fat.

If you'd like to expand on your meal outline, exercise ideas and the like, we're happy to help!

Ok, then - two questions:

1. What kind of jelly is that?
2. If it's really 0g Sugar and 2% Fat, where does the fat come from?

Perhaps it's magic jelly? ;)

On the top left side, click "Zone Tools". Then, on the right, click "Bodyfat Calculator". Finally, click on either the "Male Calculator" or the "Female Calculator". That's it! (A little smart searching goes a long way!) :D
