A dude from Missouri

Hello everyone! I am 38 years old and I have been exercising and working out since December after I was advised by my doctor to get my health under control because of high blood pressure. With a history of that running in my family, I took this news very seriously and started the journey.

I love playing my electric and acoustic guitars. I workout Monday-Friday combining cardio with weights. I know I need to tighten down on my dieting more but I just can't give up certain foods. I just work out harder the next day if I fall off my diet.
