ok people, so im faceing a couple issues right now with myself. Im getting a little chunky and when i sit down, my gut is smiling up at me. I want to get rid of that. Im beginning to get bigger boobies than my girlfriend and thats the big problem. I know a ton about exercising, its just that stupid diet, its so tempting to reach for the snickers. Could somebody help me make a meal plan, or tell me of all the kinds of foods i can eat?
