A couple of dinner ideas

Dinner is usually the hungriest time for me, and the most strongest craving time for carb foods. Apparently carbs shouldnt be eaten after 3pm each day, otherwise they sit in your stomach all night.. so heres a couple of dinner ideas that are filling and quite delicious!..

1) when making spaghetti bolognaise, dont make the sause too runny. Ditch the pasta, and instead fill a whole lettuce leaf (the crunchy, lighter-coloured part) with the meat&sauce. Because the lettuce leaf is naturally hard and cup-shaped, it will be like a mince sandwich on lettuce.
Because you are minus the pasta, you can help yourself to two or even three of these mince& lettuce cups!!

2) Cut 1cm thick eggplant and tomato slices. Stack 1 tomato slice ontop of 1 eggplant slice andput under the griller. After a while of grilling add pepper to taste, and add 1 slice of lite cheese slice ontop, then return to the griller to melt the cheese. Because there are no carbs invloved, you can have as many as you like!! DELICIOUS!

3) When making a stroganoff, instead of adding it (the meat and sauce) to pasta of rice, put it ontop of the following.....
Cut squares of pumpkin, cucumber clices, carrots, capsicum (+ any and every vegetable you can think of.. but no potato sorry!). Steam them. Then put them into a baking tray and sprinkle with herb seasoning and grated cheese. Grill so the cheese is melted over the already steamed veges. Now add you stroganoff to the top!! ... there you have a carb free stroganoff!!
