omg you look effin great!! i weight about your starting weight..any tips? how did u do it in such a short time lol
Well, the first thing I did before I even started my diet, was I cut out certain foods to help prepare myself for it. I would still eat what I was eating but I would eat smaller portions and I would listen to my body when it was saying my stomach was full. That's a key thing I've found during these months, eating slower along with smaller portions helps control over-eating.
Some things I have completely cut out of my diet are soda, salt, sugar, fried foods, fast food, mayonnaise, red meats, salty snacks like potato chips, carbonated drinks, and juices high in fructose (I prefer 100% natural juices such as organic or naked juices) etc.
There are tons and tons of healthy alternatives you can find to substitute these things just as grilled or baked chicken instead of fried, splenda instead of plain old sugar, trail mix instead of chips (which I am a huge fan of, I snack on it every day) flavored water instead of soda, and plain pepper to substitute for salt and add a little flavor, which is what I used to do but now I find things taste better without these things added on top.
Another essential part of my diet is nutrition and exercise. I have supplements that I take such as a multivitamin, vitamin c, iron and fish & flax oil (for protein) I myself do not have access to a gym but I walk regularly (about 2-3 times a day) and I also run. At first I wasn't a big fan of running but I would start at a slow jogging pace then progress every time I ran. I can now run a mile without being short of breath.
That's pretty much a mouthful right there, and I'm not sure if that's exactly what you were looking for, but if not just let me know what you would like to know specifically (such as my actual diet that I follow) and I will be glad to post it.
Oh yeah, motivation is a huge key to being successful with weight loss, you always have to stay motivated.
