A clean diet?

I think that it has to do with eating whole foods, such as fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains. You should also avoid processed foods.

Anybody else have some input on this? I'd be interested also!
 
A clean diet is a diet that is conducive to fat loss. Avoiding processed foods and eating as natural as possible. Avoiding saturdated and trans fats and high sugar foods. Avoiding preservatives and extra, added ingredients.

Does that make sense?

I would say a diet where you stay away from processed foods, and try to stick to organic produce, dairy, etc...
