a bulk workout plan

Hey, I have been trying to figure out a good workout plan since school is coming up and I workout during school. I am looking for a Shoulder and back based plan. So if anyone could help me with that, it would help me greatly. thanks
 
To add muscle mass and improve your bench press, you need a complete whole body workout plan:

legs - squat
hams - deadlift
chest - bench press
back - bent row or pull up
shoulders - military press
abs - crunches or leg raises

3 times a week, 2 sets of 12-15 reps for the 1st 6-8 weeks, then 3 sets of 10 reps for the next 6-8 weeks
