Hi guys,
so last october I finally decided I wanted to do something about my weight after turning 16 at 230lbs and only 5.10'...not fun! so since then I have lost about 40 lbs but Im stuck at 190 and I want to get down to about 170 or less...im not sure yet. What I have been doing is weight watchers...which is amazing but the only problem is is so time consuming to enter everything in. As for work outs I've only really been using the eliptical, so I need some work out suggestions and also some tips of how to firm of my wonderfull thunder thighs,jelly belly and of course love handles
