Im currently doing a 3x a week full body routine. It had been going fine but, its christmas season and i've had things to do and its been like 2-3 weeks since I could go 3x a week. I've been goin 2x. I still feel good, and feel the burn. And have been eating decently (Except for my alcoholic beverages every once in a while). But i was wondering if there was a workout that could be done 2x a week, and that it works well. A 2x a week routine would really make things easier for me ^.^
