890 calories a day for me?

i went on a bmi site that shows how to gain weight, lose and maintain your current weight by the height, weight, age etc of you.
Im 16
Female
156cm
58kg (another said im 55kg, but ill go by 58kg)

it said if i wish to lose 1kg a week, i eat 890 calories a day and excersise. Hmm heaps of people have said this is dangerously low. Any opinions?
 
1kg a week is entirely too much weight for you to be losing ina week -

58kg = 127lbs
1 kg = 2.2lbs

A reasonable amount of weight for you to lose in a week is 1 percent of your body weight - that's 1.2lbs at most...

Especially since you're still a child,. your body needs calories to grow and develope - 890 calories is entirely too low...

Dont listen to that.

Use the harris benedict formula and subtract about 15%, that is a healthy amount. Losing weight quickly doesnt mean it is going to stay off.
