Hi Guys,

2 Years ago I was unhappy, overweight and needed to change, I got on the scales and I couldn't believe it I was over 19st (122kgs)

My life had no exercise in it, office job, eating crap etc but I decided I had to change. In 2 years I've lost 6 stone. I can't believe it, I know 2 years seems like a long time but it flew by and I just kept working at it. Eating better, learning about nutrition and exercise,

Now I go the gym 3 times a week, I play football 3 times a week and I always try and eat as healthy as I can.

When I look back I feel like I wasn't me. It's such a nice feeling to go buy jeans or a shirt and not worry about size etc, I am going to keep going. I feel like I have another 10lbs to lose but I am motivated and recently started doing TRX,

I guess what I'm saying is if you are starting your journey just keep looking at the long picture.

SHORT TERM GOALS for long term success, best of luck everyone, I am not perfect at all butView attachment 20579View attachment 20580 I trying my best

Wow!! Well done you! Your story is inspiring me to get off my bahookie and start exercising again - and keep going this time. You've done amazing!!

Hi Guys just a quick update, I'm probably 90lbs down now and I had a picture taken last week at a party and I actual just feel like I'm looking at 2 different people, most of my time now is spent toning and core work, finding the food a bit challenging lately but i'll stick with it
