I agree that 140s is a reasonable goal. Then you can decide if you want to go further. Just remember that your advisory weight range is so wide as to encompass different body types. I ,for example, am actually big boned, or very large frame(all the easier to use as an excuse when it's true). My "normal" is supposed to be 190. I have NEVER been 190, even when playing football and next to no body fat. My skeleton weighs more than 190, lol.
You obviously have this thing under control, though. If you needed to lose another 15-20 lbs. my bet is on you being able to do it no problem.
