80 Lbs Down So Far!

I have lost my weight through diet/exercise and with the help of an online weight loss group called reality of weighting! 80 lbs down since March of this year!!!
 
That is amazing...you were cute before you lost the weight, and you look even better now . It dosent look like you could lose much more. Great job!

I still have quite a bit of work left to do.. while standing up I might look okay, I still have a lot of toning left to do. I am 5'2 and determined to get down to at least the 140's. I guess that the weight range for me is 'supposed' to be between 105-135... So I am even cheating by saying I want to get to the 140's! lol

I think more than anything I just want to do it so I can say I have done it you know? I will probably stay in the 150's afterward... but dang it would feel good to be in the weight/height guidelines JUST ONCE.
 
WOW! Great work! You look so happy and healthy! That's outstanding weight loss in such a short amount of time. You're fit and super cute, congrats!
 
I agree that 140s is a reasonable goal. Then you can decide if you want to go further. Just remember that your advisory weight range is so wide as to encompass different body types. I ,for example, am actually big boned, or very large frame(all the easier to use as an excuse when it's true). My "normal" is supposed to be 190. I have NEVER been 190, even when playing football and next to no body fat. My skeleton weighs more than 190, lol.

You obviously have this thing under control, though. If you needed to lose another 15-20 lbs. my bet is on you being able to do it no problem.

I have been following a diet of around 1200-1500 calories and working out at least an hour a day :)

Thanks guys. My weightloss group is meeting up for our own big reveal this month in Las Vegas, I am really excited!!! Steve Pfiester (trainer off of Fat March) and his wife, along with ABC are coming to our event! They have been sooo supportive of us over the last 6 months and I can't wait to meet them!!!
