I work in a building with 8 floors I am sure there is some benefit to taking the steps 2 - 3 times a day but I wonder will it aid me in weight loss and is it a slower way to lose weight compared to walking 30 min a day?
Of course it takes no more than 5 min to walk the stairs but by the time I am at the 4th step I am huffing and puffing. Might I add, I just started this week.
