Hey guys, was just looking around at all the Before's and Afters and thought I'd post my own. I still feel like I need to lose a little bit more though, not really sure exactly how much. I'm 18 years of age and 6 foot 4, so I was thinking maybe 160lbs, I don't really know though.

Midway through February on a trip to NYC & Washington. I had already kinda started this regime of eating better (I'm reluctant to say 'diet') and exercising more, but I let it slack somewhat because I was on vacation, which sounds really stupid to me because now I would never do that.

I weighed about 266lbs at this time, wore XXL (UK Size) Clothes and had nearly a 40 CM (Is it CM it's measured in? I forget) waist.

This is me now, taken on the 3rd June (I had the growth on my face removed too due to medical reasons, and the stitches were taken out the day that was taken so the cut was a little red and swollen). I wear Medium size clothes and have a 32cm(?) waist.

Took an hour after the procedure cus' I wanted to see how swollen my lip was...Turns out it was very swollen :)

(That's a nice pile of mess on the floor, apologies)

80lbs later, the lame ski lift hair cut remains :(

Nice job, Jack! I'm actually at about the same weight now as your starting weight (I'm 6'2 and 265 lbs or so right now).

Would you mind tell me what your eating and exercise plan was?

Congrats again!

Hey Jack thanks for sharing, you look like a different person mate. I cant wait to see how I will look once I shed a stone or two. I have pics from a few years ago and I look very similar shape wise to the weight you are now.

To be honest I think you look healthy now and I would be happy at that weight, obviously it is an individual thing but I dont want to get skinny.

I would be interested to hear what you now eat and what exercise you do.

PS: waist is measured in inches :)

Thank's alot ohmyblazes.
I didn't really follow any specific plan in regards to what I would eat each day, but just planned what I wouldn't eat.

I stopped drinking any soft drinks and replaced it with water (I did drink fruit juice occasionally, just not too often). I also cut down on the amount of alcohol I drank.

My problem was really binge eating, instead of having 4 rounds of thick white bread, I'll have 2 of wholemeal etc. I eat quite a lot of Brown Rice nowadays and don't eat any cheese. I've also cut out every form of fast food and for snacks have some fruit.

Exercise wise, I started off just walking about 5 miles a day or so (The distance from my college to my house). After month or so, I did this 5 miles and then went speed walking and started jogging a little bit too (I'm pretty rubbish at it though). Now I've started going to a gym 5 times a day to improve my fitness. My plan there is 1mile running/3 mile cycling/1mile walking followed by 20 minutes of mixed weight training.

Good luck in losing your weight,
Jack.

You look great. I don't think you need to lose anymore at all. Great Job!

Ps- Is Batman made out of Legos? If so...it's awesome..lol!

Thank you so much :)

Yeah it was made out of Lego and cost like $24,000 from FAO Schwarz next to Central Park. They have the big piano from that Tom Hanks movie too! :D
