Hey Guys,
I am 19 years old, and on my university's rowing team, however i am lankyyy. I weigh only 148 pounds and im 6'2. Ridiculous right? Im new to this site, i made an account when i saw previous posts about people who are in the same situation as me in terms of gaining muscle. I read all the information about proper diet/supplements, but i was wondering if someone could actually supply me with a proper workout routine to follow if i go to the gym three times a week?
Im hoping to be just underweight for the lightweight devision with is 160 pounds, so im looking to gain 10 pounds over the winter which i believe can be doable.
Additional information: I already do cardio workouts which include rows up to 1 hour, and jogs. I am beginning to attend core and yoga class once a week (1 hour sessions) and have metabolic circuits on sunday.
So, if someone could outline a workout routine that would work for an ectomorph like myself, including a descriptive routine and use of supplements i would be very appreciative. thanks,
Tallman
