60 pounds down... stoppin' for NOTHING!

This is back in April of this year. I had simply stopped taking pictures of myself by late June, when I started dieting and exercising. I'm on the right.

Four and a half months and 60 pounds of weight loss later, I'm finally feeling unstoppable. This picture was taken a week ago (I'm in the middle).

I've set what I feel is a plausible, healthy goal for someone my height (I'm between 5'6 and 5'7), but goals are difficult. Right now, I'm tracking smaller goals (i.e getting below 200 lbs, losing 75 lbs, losing 100 lbs, etc.), but I don't want to set a final goal.

When I hit the point where I'm happy, healthy and comfortable where I'm at, I'll just know :)
Wish me luck!

Hey well done! You look amazing, and so hapy in the bottom photo :)
Congratulations! I love your attitude on stopping when it feels right for you.

Amazing progress!! You must feel so much better. I can see how happy you are in the second photo. By now you know you can do it, so I know you will have no problems making it to your goal. Great work!

I do wish you all the luck in the world. And I really feel you'll keep going strong, as you've made such an excellent start and seem so motivated.

You are a lovely girl and will only keep getting more beautiful.

Losing 60 lbs is a lot of work and you should be really proud of yourself!

60lbs since June, wow! That's a really great achievement and you can really see the difference. I think your idea of smaller goals is the way forward and prevents the feeling that they are unreachable or too far away to keep working at. Keep up the good work!

Fabulous, simply fabulous! keep up the good work. Just don't forget, that all you have
in life is THIS VERY MOMENT so.,..enjoy your life too and don't make weight loss your main focus in life...just a wonderful byproduct of making better, wiser food choices.
You are looking awesome. JO

This update feels a little silly, considering I probably don't look much different, but I've lost 15 pounds since the most recent picture here.
These are from Thanksgiving; myself and my beautiful mother, who has lost 45 pounds herself...

... Okay, so the camera doesn't love me yet.
But it's going to some day :)

You look great. How do you do it? I can clearly see the difference. Well done. I wish I had the willpower.

There's a real change between your previous pictures and your latest, absolutely great work!

That looks like some good food and beer in front of you. Two of my vices that I need to give up to have the same success as you. But, anyways congratulations hopefully you will be an inspiration to all.

You look great!! Has it been hard losing the weight and staying focused?? If love to lose 60 pounds in 4 and a half months!
