Bad advice. At his body weight, jogging isn't going to do anything. He has no viseral fat to lose really at 150lbs @ 6'. Cardio is great to drop yourself down to your natural body fat level. to go lower however to really see that definition, you either have to starve yourself, or enjoy weight training. Seeing as starving yourself is stupid, weight training is the best option.
To expand further on this, look at long distance runner who do nothing but hours upon hours of cardio every day, and look at sprinters who do absolutely zero cardio. sprinters by far and away have way less body fat. cardio will only take you so far, you need resistance to take you the rest of the way.
