6 meals a day

How big should each meal/snack be if eating 6 meals a day... times i'd be eating:

11
1
3:30
6-7
9

I want to make sure i'm not eating too much. Basically i have time to eat a bowl of cereal in the morning but not enough time to make eggs or anything... I dont' really like raw vegetables, love fruit... I play tennis every afternoon... my dinners always consist of fish or chicken and probably 2 vegetables. Thanks for any input!
 
they dont have to be too big. simple meals i do is a can of tuna and some fiber one cereal. another meal is cottage cheese, 1 serving of peanut butter right off the spoon and a glass of milk.

another meal is a chicken breast and 2 cups of veggies. plain and simple. :)
