I've lost 22 pounds in two months and thought I was doing well, but I'm plateauing. The first weight I lost unintentionally. They just dropped off following a loss in appetite which led me to eat one small meal a day for a few weeks. I finally fit into old trousers and t-shirts I haven't worn in ages. But, weighting myself, I came to realize, according to BMI, I'm still overweight... By a long shot.??What to do? What to do...?
