5'6 and 174 pounds

I've lost 22 pounds in two months and thought I was doing well, but I'm plateauing. The first weight I lost unintentionally. They just dropped off following a loss in appetite which led me to eat one small meal a day for a few weeks. I finally fit into old trousers and t-shirts I haven't worn in ages. But, weighting myself, I came to realize, according to BMI, I'm still overweight... By a long shot.??What to do? What to do...?
 
eating too few calories every day may cause you to loose weight but it is very unhealthy and can not be maintained. You need to exercise to really start taking calories off while maintaining a healthy caloric intake.
