5'11", 235lb, chubby all around.

Greetings.

I am about to finish my junior year in high school. I turned 17 on Valentine's Day.

Last year over the summer, I successfully dropped from my all-time high of 252lb to about my current weight of 235lb and have kept it off. However, since then, my TMJD has adversely affected my well-being. I have tremor in my hands, which manifests itself powerfully after working out. My neck, shoulders, and upper back are all askew. My knees are rather painful.

However, despite all of this, I am determined to lose all of these unsightly curves and have the body that belongs to a man -- flat and hard! haha

So, basically, I've got an idea of how to eat well (that I haven't been following very well lately... but I'm getting back to it). 6 times a day, lighter stuff, lots of protein and fiber, yadda yadda. I'll brush up on this to ensure that I'm doing the right thing.

I have access to one of those home gyms. I got it last year. I think I damaged my shoulders with it though -- the pop and such now. They never did before. I'm not sure if I want to continue using it.

I also have a treadmill. I'm guessing I should run 2 miles every other day on it or so, while alternating with a weight-lifting routine that ideally would be prescribed by yourselves.

I added to my collection today a 100lb heavy bag and 16oz gloves. I'd like to do routines on this baby to tone muscles and burn fat.

Now, my weight-lifting center doesn't really have an ab workout, and I don't think the bag will help with that. Sit-ups and push-up are an option, but I seem to shake a lot when I do those... so it would be better to avoid them, in my opinion. What else can I do to turn the fat to abs?

I am thinking of having my doctor write me a prescription for beta blockers to easy all the shaking in my hands and elsewhere. It's really an annoying problem. My hands still shake violently as a result of working on the heavy bag earlier today. A few days ago, I ran for about a mile and they were shaking after that. I don't understand why there is a correlation between physical activity such as running and tremor in my hands. It would probably be of my best interest to get this checked out.

I await your responses with zeal!
