Hi, I am looking for advice and a bit of encouragement,, Other sites want only the obese?? to say ?? I am 140 lbs 5'4" 50 years old and really need the HRT. however the depression that I am experiencing from the 15 lbs that I can't shed are causing me huge amt of stress. Biggest Loser website etc. tell me not to complain.. I can't seem to find a forum/support group for my "problem" If this is another one of those .. go away and don't bother us. please tell me.. asap.. however if someone has a link to what I am looking for or if there is one here please point me in that direction.
I am in UT. did WW for a time, hit goal. lost goal.. can't afford to go to WW again.. at least not right now. Closet door is closed and I am not coming out. Anyone??
